In 1990 Helios Finance & Investment Limited got  incorporated by ROC Bihar (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) under the Leader Ship of young entrepreneur Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh at the age of 19 years. The Company Spreaded over 1400 offices throughout the country with more than 15000 staff / workers in all group companies and the same was controlled from Helios Bhawan at patna the Head Office of the Company. After speedy Run of 7 years the company Helios Finance & Investment Limited ( The parent company) was prohibited by RBI (Reserve Bank of India) in year 1997, Inspite of facing all odds company paid to most of its depositors till 1998, but due to forcefull closer of all offices including Head Office Helios Bhawan, the payment process of depositors got effected. In 1999 onwards the matter came up for hearing on different forum like RBI (Reserve Bank of India) CLB (Company Law Board), Appellate Authorities (Ministry of Finance), Hon’ble High Court (Patna & Kolkata) and Hon’ble Supreme Court India collectively for Revival of the Company and after more than 400 hearings on different forum in last 27 years company got Rid and the Revival process has been started in light of order vide dated 7/4/2023 passed by Hon’ble Patna High Court. In the process of Revival all the properties of the company was Returned Back to the company and Helios Finance & Investment Limited was made Active in portal of MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) for Business and by the bless of lord Shiva the company is Back to serve the depositors / People of the Nation.

On dated 22/8/2023 for better and transparent payment system to genuine depositors Hon’ble Patna High Court has appointed / Nominated Hon’ble Justice Shivaji Pandey (Retd.) to supervise the scheme of Repayment and in this process on & from 14/2/2024 office at Maharaja Complex is under operation for claim settlement of all the genuine depositors and in this process on 20th April’2024 & 21st April’2024, All India Advertisement was published in Times of India (National Daily- English)and Dainik Jagran (National Daily- Hindi) and claim is invited and being Received at the office of the Hon’ble Nominated Judge through Hard copy & Soft copy through Mail at heliosfinance.nic12@gmail.com and website (www.heliosclaim.org).
